How do I load my Genmega ATM with Cash?

Vaulting Your Genmega Machine 

The following step-by-step instructions will guide you through the process of vaulting your Genmega ATM: 

Step 1: Log In to the Machine 

• Press Enter, Clear, Cancel, 1, 2, 3 on the ATM keypad. 

Step 2: Enter Operator Passcode 

• Enter your Operator Passcode when prompted and press Enter on the keypad. 

Step 3: Access the Settlement Menu 

• From the Operations Main Page, select Settlement. 

Step 4: Print Day Total 

• In the Settlement Menu, press Day Total to print a receipt displaying the total amount dispensed since the last Day Total was performed. 

Step 5: Print Cassette Total 

• Press CST Total or Cassette Total to print a receipt showing the remaining cash in the ATM. 

• This will also reset the virtual count to zero. 

Step 6: Add Cassette 

• Select ADD Cassette. 

• In the new menu, press Add Cassette 1 and enter the bill count (number of bills, not the total value). 

• Press Enter to confirm the bill count. 

• Press Cancel to return to the previous menu. 

Step 7: Confirm the Current Balance 

• From the Settlement Menu, press Trial CST Total or Trial Cassette Total to print a receipt showing the new current balance. 

Step 8: Finalize and Exit 

• Press Cancel repeatedly until the machine initializes. 

• If the machine returns to the Welcome screen with the message "Please insert your card," the ATM is ready for use.
